2. What data we process and why

Contact form	Your name, email address and whatever you tell us in your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.
Email and phone	The details you send us when you write or call, for the same purpose.
Clients	If we work together, the details needed for the project, invoicing and tax obligations.
Browsing	Technical and statistical data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through analytics cookies, only if you accept them. More details in the Cookie policy.

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we will not send you advertising without your consent.

3. Legal basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): when you write to us through the form or accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
Pre-contractual steps and contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): quotes and commissions.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): keeping invoices and tax records.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries: for as long as it takes to answer them and, at most, one year if they do not become a commission. Client data: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (generally six years for accounting and tax records). Analytics data: as set out in the Cookie policy.

5. Who else may access it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We work with providers who process it on our behalf with the safeguards of the GDPR:

Web hosting and email: LucusHost, S.L. (servers in Spain).
Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts), only for visit statistics and to display the typefaces. Google may transfer data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The Instagram link takes you to a social network run by Meta Platforms, which has its own privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@pocoestudio.es with the subject «Data protection». If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected access and backups.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date above shows the latest version.
